Annual Meeting
The Nall Hills Homes Association "Annual Meeting" is usually held the second or third week in November each year.
Each October, a newsletter is mailed to each homeowner that announces the actual date and time of the meeting, along with other good neighborhood information. You can also check this website for the same information.
Date: Tuesday, November 15, 2011, 7:00p
Place: Indian Woods Middle School, 9700 Woodson
Social time with refreshments from 6:30p to 7:00p in the Multi-Purpose Room.
Our annual meeting is for the purpose of conducting the business outlined in the meeting agenda, electing board members and handling such other business as may be properly brought forth. The Association's by-laws require at least 5% of the homeowners to be present in order to conduct the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, please complete the proxy mailed to your home and mail to or drop off at the Nall Hills Homeowners Association at 10025 Lamar Ave, Overland Park, Kansas 66207. Or, you may give your completed proxy to a neighbor who will be attending the meeting, and have them give it directly to a board member.
Door prizes, donated by local merchants, are awarded each year to the lucky attendees who are members currently in good standing (e.g. Homes Association assessments paid in full).
