Neighborhood Restrictions

Overland Park recently passed an ordinance lowering the acreage requirements to house chickens in the city, effective January 1, 2024.  However, regardless of the new city ordinance, please note that the Nall Hills Homes Association does not allow any type of livestock, including chickens, to be domiciled on any lot within the association, per the bylaws of the association.  As such, permission from the city to house chickens does not supersede the existing prohibition in the bylaws.  Please contact the association office with any questions or concerns.

With the exception of the restriction stated   Above, The Nall Hills Homes Association does not have any specific “neighborhood only” restrictions included in their bylaws or declarations. Therefore, restrictions of the City of Overland Park apply to Nall Hills. To find out more about the City of Overland Park’s rules and restrictions, please visit the cities’ website at: OPKansas.org.

Nall Hills residents are encouraged to call or email the office (contact information is at the bottom of this page) if they see any violations or nuisances in their neighborhood.
